1. General Usage

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. You agree to use this site only for legitimate bookings for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings made via airportcarsltd.online or via phone (+44 7988 504932) are subject to availability.

• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from joan@airportcarsltd.online or a direct SMS confirmation.

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate flight numbers, pick-up times, and contact details.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Quotes: All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Changes to the itinerary may result in a fare adjustment.

• Waiting Time: For airport pickups, we allow a grace period (typically 45–60 minutes) after the flight has landed. Beyond this, waiting charges may apply at our standard hourly rate.

• Parking/Tolls: Unless otherwise stated, airport drop-off fees, car park charges, and road tolls are to be paid by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will typically receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or the full fare, depending on the circumstances.

• “No-shows” (where the driver is at the location but the passenger cannot be contacted) will be charged at the full rate.

5. Passenger Conduct & Safety

• AIRPORT CARS LTD reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver or the vehicle.

• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• Any damage or soiling caused by a passenger will result in a cleaning/repair fee (standard valet charge).

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure our drivers are punctual, AIRPORT CARS LTD shall not be liable for any loss or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic accidents, road closures, extreme weather, or mechanical breakdown). We strongly recommend passengers allow ample time for check-in.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle the data of our director, Sundgren Ulf Joan, and our customers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
